Mariam Serra founded Avenue Homes in 2019 with a clear vision: to create a real estate brokerage where professional growth, exceptional service, and strong relationships could thrive together. Drawing on more than a decade of industry experience and a career in real estate sales, she built the company around accessible leadership and meaningful support for its agents.
As Avenue Homes has grown, that vision has shaped an approach that brings education, technology, and hands-on guidance into the everyday experience of its professionals. Mariam continues to lead the brokerage with a focus on long-term growth, accountability, and the people behind every transaction.
